Lions Club Sight Program
Name: Lions Club Sight ProgramDate: October 3, 2019 - October 7, 2019Event Description:Lions Club Sight Program
Held monthly on the 1st Thursday of every month, from 9:00 to 11:30 AM, the Zephyrhills Lions Club Sight Program is an eye care assistance program for any resident residing in Pasco County. We provide eye care assistance for any residents of Pasco County that have a limited source of income, are unemployed, disabled or have limited or no insurance. Working closely with two clinics here in Zephyrhills, both The Florida Medical Clinic and The Eye Clinic of Florida, we provide assistance in scheduling eye exams and then follow through with financial assistance for the cost of those exams as well as assist with the purchase of frames and lenses. We also assist with further eye exam office visits, visual field and refraction issues. In addition, we partner with one of our Multiple District 35 entities, The Florida Foundation for the Blind, and offer assistance toward the high costs of cataract and glaucoma.
If you are experiencing sight deficit problems, and possibly may qualify for assistance, please stop in at the Lions Club Facility on Dean Dairy Road anytime during the days and hours listed above for a consultation with one of our expert and experienced eye care personnel. Take note below to find out what documentation you’ll have to bring with you.
