Chair Yoga.

Join instructor, Cara Godwin, for this basic level class offering a variety of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Breathing and relaxation exercises will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Class size is limited. Registration for each class is required by calling the library at 813-780-0064.
